NOVEMBER 29th

Excitement is building. Less then a week till the LA Scavenger Hunt.

Remember that you can sign up in advance at Origami Vinyl, Headline Records, Family Bookstore, Fingerprints and Vacation Vinyl. Addresses for all locations can be found in the sign up section of this site. You can also sign up online through ticketweb.com.

Or you can sign up the day of the event at the Dodger Stadium Parking lot between 12:00pm - 2:00pm. To enter the Dodger Stadium Parking lot please enter off Sunset Blvd on Elysian Park Way. This is where the hunt will begin.

Rain or shine.

NOVEMBER 16th

Does your band want to play FYF Fest? That is one of the prizes for the LA Scavenger Hunt.

Do you want to go to a Dodgers game or go record shopping with Keith Morris with a $250 gift certificate? Those are some of the prizes.

Do you want to see Godspeed You Black Emperor? or Weezer perform Pinkerton? Those are some of the prizes.

It's only getting better. The prizes are only getting bigger.

Sign up before the event sells out. It's only $10 per person to be a part of the best day of the year, the L.A. Scavenger Hunt.

And remember this is a charity event that benefits the Union Rescue Mission, the LA Food Bank and the LA Burrito Project. It's important to be doing something for a good cause while having a good time.

NOVEMBER 4th

The L.A. Scavenger Hunt will return on Saturday, December 4th. For those that don't know about this event, it's an all day scavenger hunt that covers the greater Los Angeles area. The L.A. Scavenger Hunt ties in as a material goods drive for the Union Rescue Mission and the L.A. Food Bank. It is important to us that event serves as a good cause but is also a great time for everybody participating.

The Grand Prize for the Hunt is $2,500 flight credit to Barcelona plus 3 nights hotel with 4 passes to attend one of the best music festivals in the world, Primavera Sound, which takes place in May of 2011.

We're also doing a raffle for a 4 pack of tickets to see Weezer perform Pinkerton on November 27th for those that sign up in advance for the Scavenger Hunt.

We will be adding more prizes every Tuesday until the event. We want to keep you excited!
